Visit us at Sight Village 2009

NTN & M will once again be exhibiting at Sight Village Birmingham which is taking place on 14th, 15th and 16th July at New Bingley Hall, Hockley, Birmingham. Visit our stand in the Reading Room, Zone 1, to find out more about our new audio download service, our DAISY CD service and exciting developments in digital text via download, email or CD-ROM. We are also offering a show special discount - 25% off the first year of a new subscription, which means that you could subscribe to one of our 200 popular titles for as little as £6.75 pa.*

The event offers visitors the opportunity to discover first hand the latest technology, products and support services available to people who are blind or partially-sighted. All exhibits are on the ground floor and parking is available at the venue, which is also accessible by road, bus and a short cab ride from Birmingham’s main train stations. Even better, admission to Sight Village is free!

We will also be taking a stand with Reading Through Audio, a co-operative venture including ourselves and six other organisations:

British Wireless Fund for the Blind – who provide radios and CD/radio/cassette recorders to blind and partially sighted people in need.
Calibre Audio Library – a free nationwide postal library of unabridged recorded books for people who have sight problems or other disabilities.
Listening Books – a national postal and internet-based audiobook library service to people across the UK with a print impairment.
RNIB – who offer talking books, magazines and other material on DAISY format discs for blind and partially sighted people.
Talking News Federation – who provide news and items of interest from local newspapers.
Torch Trust - a free postal Christian library service for blind and partially sighted people.

There’s no need to register to visit the show, you can just turn up on the day. Guide dog users are welcome. We look forward to meeting you at our stand.
